Me, Myself and i.

there's a german word without an exact translation: Heilweh.

It means something like "healing pain” — that strange sensation when sufference and healing are not opposite, but the same thing.
I'm Alessia. I was born on the 8th of november 1999 and this website is a way to try giving a meaninh to that rollercoaster that's my life

I love mountains, forests, and books. I'm fascinated about complex people— those from history, those I meet, and even that one I see reflected in the mirror. 

I've learnt, slowly and with difficulty, that body, mind, and nature are not separate:they are part of one and one conversation only.

Here I write about it all. about nature and woods as healing places. about wellbeing that is not perfection. about psychology, history, and books. about my journey - ups and downs. I don't have a formula: I'm only sure about one thing, that pain, really  going through it, could become something more.
